“Birds of the same feathers flock together.”

But why is that?

Why can’t birds just fly separately and never need anyone?

It’s pretty simple, 
Really.

Birds stick together to survive. 
They do it for safety.

Flocking helps them protect each other from trouble and find food easily.

And…

To go further.

Did you know that birds flying together expend less energy than they would in flying alone?

That’s how they conserve energy to migrate – to go to far away places.

That’s what enables them to move flawlessly in the air – to perform some spectacular aerial display.

So the point here is that:

Birds have a much better life when they stick together.

And we might not be birds, 
But humans do too.

Doing things alone is hard. 
SO hard.

Just like birds, we too go far by going together.

We can find better outcomes and ways to live by doing it together.

We perform better when we are supported.

We feel safer and confident and vibrant when we know we are surrounded by a group of like-minded people.

Who share the same values as us.

Who are on the same quest as us.

And it’s not something we can defy because just like birds…

We too are social species.

We depend on each other.

We find our worth in each other.

Because our worth? 
Is a shared resource.

We do it with each other.

The thing we are missing is found together.

I’m grateful to have been backed up by great people, 
Which makes me the great woman I am today. 

Right now, I am backing up hundreds of women to help them realise their full potential, reach greater heights, and become their own shining light, so they, too, can inspire others to do the same.

And I, right now, am inspiring you to do the same…
