As a high performer,
I recognise what you do.
I am impressed…
By how you manage to get everything done even when it’s difficult.
You train hard, track your macros, do your meal prep as consistently as you can while being a mum, a partner, a worker, a businesswoman.
I am inspired by you.
But often I find there is one little (actually big) thing that stops high achievers from getting the physique they truly want.
It’s bigger than your training and nutrition…
It’s the factor that improves your physical (and mental) performance…
Optimises your strength and conditioning…
Speeds up your recovery…
It helps you become more vibrant and productive.
What is it?
…
Sleep.
I know for a fact you’re not getting the sleep you really should be.
A study by Cheri D. Mah et al showed how sleep extension among collegiate basketball players affected their athletic performance.
The researchers made the subjects sleep for a minimum goal of 10 hrs a night.
Sleep duration increased from an average of 6.6 hrs to 8.4 hrs.
Super small sample size, but the results are interesting:
Sleep is just as important – and you probably know that well already.
But with everything that’s on your plate,
I understand how challenging it can be finding the time to sleep.
That’s why it’s one of the things we teach at SMP.
There are specific strategies that high achievers who have a lot on their plate can do to improve their sleep, and as a result, improve their physiques.
But we’re only for the hardest worker in the room.
On the other side, you will have the support from our dedicated team, who will work around the clock with you.
So you can organise your hard days and rest days better.
And get in the best shape of your life.
Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Love and light,
Hattie xoxo
