A tribe of more great women powerfully supporting one another.
A community of resourceful women,
climbing the same mountain,
pushing each other towards greater heights,
Acknowledging failures and missteps,
Committed to each others’ ongoing and never-ending growth,
Celebrating wins together,
Striving towards excellence,
Creating, sharing, and cultivating a space
where everyone is allowed to be their own shining light.
And that’s what I created the Sports Model Project for.
When the WBFF show was cancelled,
I was so proud of the amazing girls who were a few weeks out.
It was disappointing.
But I’m still proud of how they pulled off their comp prep
and nailed their training!
These girls are unstoppable.
They will stay humble to their training.
Stay passionate in refining their skills and performance.
We will still have our peak trial week to finish what they started
So they can be more prepared and confident
when they end up stepping on the stage.
After all, competing or getting on stage is not the end goal.
Because we are all about the process.
Stepping on the stage is only about showcasing our best package.
But after that, we will still continue to stick to a lifelong process -
the process of transformation and personal mastery.
My girls are fortified by the principles we live by in SMP.
And of those principles is this:
“I have a practice mindset.
I will not get high or low on results.
I will measure my success on how well I follow my process
or do the things that I actually want to do in this life.
Another word for doing the things you want in this life is discipline.
Even then, every time I don’t quite live up to my standard
is just another practice for me developing discipline.
This is the route to mastery.”
What about you?
How did you get the most out of your prep?
Do you need help pulling off your training, nutrition, and mindset?
Would you like some help in living your values and spirit?
It’s time.
Live your spirit.
Be your vision.
SMP is only for the hardest worker in the room.
Love and light,
Hattie xoxo
