“Now I’m eating low carb”
Right.
How long can you realistically go without eating bread, noodles, pasta, pizza, chocolate, wine, fruit, sugar or sweet potatoes?
What happens when you're at a conference or overseas or it’s Friday afternoon or your hungry or it’s raining or you had a fight with your boyfriend or you have your period or your hungover or your really exhausted after training?
What happens to your “diet” when your life happens to you?
It stops working because the diet you are on failed to take into account the food you like and the fact you're a human not a robot.
So what's a better idea?

It’s having your cake and eating it too.
It’s being shredded and eating chocolate before bed.
