I know you’ve seen them:
Beginners getting crazy results with their physiques,
despite doing things that just don’t make sense.
Then there’s you:
Training 6-7 days a week,
For years,
Never missing a session,
But getting little to no results.
How does that work?
“Where are all my gains?!”
(Yelled that too a few times.)
But here’s the thing actually:
It isn’t odd for beginners to see results way more easily than you,
for someone who has a training age of zero?
Results come straight from training and eating better.
That is why even when you see them
doing some random training programs,
like 8-week challenges and bootcamps,
They still get results.
And that doesn’t work for you anymore.
So enjoy the challenges while you can,
they have a limited shelf life.
Because you have been training hard consistently for 2+ years
the rules are different.
What you need is a much more structured training program.
Which should fit your training age.
And the stimulus should match the overload
your now well-conditioned body needs
to induce it to change.
So where do your results actually come from?
(Hint: It’s not in your training.)
It’s in your recovery.
It’s in your rest.
Which can be between your sets.
But occurs more in your sleep and on your days off.
So for someone like you who trains hard consistently,
You need 8 hours of sleep each day to recover.
Otherwise -
Your performance declines.
Your movement patterns won’t improve.
Your body won’t respond.
And you might still get stronger,
But the progress will be tad slow.
That is why in SMP,
We don’t just teach our girls how to train like a beast.
We also teach them how to rest like a champion.
So they can actually
→ perform at a high level constantly
→ get long-lasting results, AND
→ stay vibrant and healthy even as a high performer –
especially as a high performer.
Would you like some help with that?
SMP is only for the hardest worker in the room.
On the other side,
Our team of elite coaches will work ‘round the clock with you.
So you can finally achieve elite body composition.
And maintain it – for life.
