Do you really know what is motivating you?

In the past, I used hate and insecurity as my motivators.

(I didn’t wake up one day and just realise I loved myself.)

At the time, it felt like I had two selves:

One was The Punisher,
the other The Punished.

And somehow it worked.

…At first.

Until I couldn’t keep up with my standards anymore.

Because everything had to be perfect.
If I failed, that meant I was terrible.

So for me to keep moving forward,
I had to make decisions out of fear-driven conditions.

“You have to do this 
or else you will stay the same forever.”

“Don’t do this 
or else you will never achieve what you want.”

Until I got tired of it.

Wanting myself to succeed and hating myself in the process just doesn’t work.

I may succeed.
And I might have succeeded.

But I never felt fulfilled.

And when I realised that, 
I started to be kinder to myself.

And make peace with every part of myself.
But of course, it was not easy.

I didn’t get it right in an instant.

I was grateful I didn’t get it right away because the journey had taught me a lot. 

The slow but steady way made me become wiser 
and stronger 
and more compassionate with myself.

Now I understand that high-standards without self-compassion 
can easily become self-bullying.

You can’t punish yourself to self-love.

This amazing journey has been put into practice in my community 
of resourceful, powerful women also known as 

The Sports Model Project.

That process is something you can learn, too.

You will learn to:

-Understand yourself and your mind better.
-Embrace all your parts.
-Enjoy your present moment and 
-Love your journey to success.

All of these and more, you will experience through a process of transformation and personal mastery.

But it’s only for the hardest worker in the room (who recognises when to rest and play).
