So I just go back from the gym.
I'm about to make my post workout shake,
which consists of lots and lots of carbohydrates.
So I have some protein, some carbs, some more carbs.
Some more carbs and then I've got some Cacao and some spinach.
So I'm going to pop that all together and blend.
That's what I'm going to have Post-workout
It's that's simple.
Only for most girls?
It's not.
The carbs (84.6g) would totally freak them out.
The calories (511) would be nearly 1/2 or a 1/3 of what they eat
IN A WHOLE DAY.
It's totally normal most coaches + influencers and 90% if the fitness industry are scared of whole food groups.
That's a big reason they are stuck.
