Each week in SMP check-ins I see comments like:
“I nailed my nutrition!”
And then, 2 weeks later, they’ll say:
“Finally – I nailed my nutrition 100%”
So I ask them:
I thought you nailed it 2 weeks ago?
But people feel like they have to be perfect
when in reality being consistent is a high enough bar to aim for.
Because you don’t have to be perfect to see results.
In fact, 80% is the benchmark we use.
But to most high achievers, 80% doesn’t sound like winning.
Self assessment & reflection is a powerful tool to help us on our journey.
It’s a powerful tool because it forces us to check in, BUT…
It’s only useful when you are honest with yourself.
So how can you say you are being honest with yourself?
By looking at things at the systems level.
Deep down in your heart, you know the answer to these questions:
Did you follow your process?
Did you track your nutrition?
Were you honest with your nutrition?
When you went to the gym, did you track my progress?
Were you honest with your effort?
How many days in this week did you actually live up to the plan that you set for yourself?
Because if it’s 5 out of 7, then that’s pretty damn good!
If it’s 3–or 4–out of 7, then that means there’s more work to do.
50% may keep you where you are, if you are lucky.
But it’s NOT good enough to help yourself progress.
Anything less than that and you’re going backwards.
And it can be really easy to go backwards, especially if you don’t have access to some solid support system and guidance.
That is why I created the Sports Model Project.
It’s a process of transformation and personal mastery set in a community of resourceful, high-performing women powerfully supporting one another.
You will be guided by our specialist team of coaches so that you can be consistent in your training and nutrition by learning high-performance skills and habits.
Do you want to finally see great results?
Are you willing to commit to following the process?
Are you devoted to your vision?
