Weak hamstrings? This is exactly what you need

Improve your explosiveness and power with this spicy Razor Curl Variation🔥

An incredible exercise to build hamstring hypertrophy and increase your eccentric strength!

Note: You will need a 45-degree back extension to do this. The extension should have a pad at the back to keep you in place as you do the pulls.

How to perform:

1 - Hook yourself into the 45-degree extension.

2 - Bend at your hips so that you are parallel to the floor. Back straight, ribcage down, abs on.

3 - Reach the crown of your head forward then downward. Remember that you want to focus on stretching your hamstrings. Minimize any lumbar extension.

(Tip: Look at your toes as you hold yourself towards the floor.)

4 - Once you’ve reached your full stretch, pull back with your knees pressed into the pad.

5 - The position from hips upwards should be fixed. The focus is on knee flexion and getting your hamstrings strong and flexible.
