What do you eat?

"Hattie, what do you eat?"

I could talk all day about my nutrition 🙂


But the focus on WHAT I eat is a distraction from what you really want.


How I eat it, the process that I use to stay In peak physical condition all year round, is WAY more important for you to hit your goals than the specific foods.


I mean It's interesting but what I eat is designed around my macros, my body, my training output, my blood work and my preferences.


So I eat
--> High quantities of whole unprocessed organic foods.
--> 1800-2800 calories and I track my macros 95% of the time.
--> I’m so well practiced that I can calculate them in my mind.


I eat real food and base it on the best science.


I eat soul food and whole food.


It supports the demands of my mental and physical output.


But nutrition is more than just what you eat,


I take care of my mental as my as I take care of my physical


I go through a process each week that for most people is like going on a meditation retreat.


To do all of this I became a peer of PHD’s and Neuroscientists and lecturers in communications.


All of that so I can have your own picture that looks like this.


And feels like this.


This is the process I teach in The Sports Model Project a community of resourceful women powerfully supporting on another.


Where you can look your absolute best while eating food that nourishes you and exercise that challenges you
and a mind that loves itself and the people around it.
