To lose body fat and get lean, you need to -
…
Right?
The real is answer -
Well, that depends.
Think of it like this -
Your body is a machine
And the food you eat is fuel.
For your machine to function properly,
you need to have the right amount of fuel.
The right amount of fuel for any machine is dependent on how much work it does.
Is it the kind of machine that
goes full out, all day, every day?
Does it operate at certain hours
of certain days, a few days a week?
Or is it not turned on at all?
If you’re anything like most of our clients,
You’re probably the one going flat out, right?
So this means that in order for you to do what you want to do, train the way you want to train and live the life you want to live…
You have to fuel your machine with the right amount of fuel.
If you’re training hard 5x a week,
You should be on at least 1800-2400 calories.
If you’re not eating that then you might have noticed:
And I know…
You’re worried that if you increase food,
you’ll increase body fat.
And you’re right to be concerned.
Because yes, if you eat above your energy needs,
or the incorrect macro ratios,
or make big changes,
You will absolutely add body fat.
And this definitely does happen if you don’t know how to approach the change.
Elite Body Composition - losing fat and building muscle, at the same time - requires working to a specific plan.
Eating the right amount of food,
at the right time, is a part of that formula.
Another part is how to overcome the challenges that come with incorporating that change.
So if you need help, that’s what we teach.
At SMP, we’re not going to cut your food until your daily food is non-existent.
We’re also not going to tell you to live off
broccoli and chicken for the rest of your life.
We’re going to show you how to eat your favourite foods (every day, if you want) and get amazing results too.
