Tracking macros and going to the gym
didn’t REALLY have anything to do
with food and exercise?
What if it has something to do with
FAR greater than that?

difficult to put language to?
We so often stand back
and watch people we admire,
Asking ourselves
how we get to where they are.
But here’s the thing
that masters know
that most don’t:
Ask a better question,
Get a better solution.
In the Sports Model Project,
We focus on 3 things.
The first is WHY.
Why do we feel this way?
Why do we think this way?
It’s important that
we understand our emotional drivers,
Especially when things get tough.
The second is WHAT.
What skills, habits, tools, and practices
do we need to engage in
to move our way to the mountain?
And the third,
which is the one that’s almost
always missing:
The HOW.
How do we engage with this process
while we’re living a life?
Not at a cost to our system?
And not at a sacrifice to our goal?
