the journey to competition is an incredible experience,
filled with self-discovery.
But that doesn't mean it's easy.

and anyone who's been on stage will tell you that.

You will have to make many sacrifices.
And in order to get to the end,
you will need to learn the true meaning of body-building.

like slowing down and managing stress.

it's things like the last point that many people forget.
They get so caught up in being goal-driven
that they neglect their overall health, mindset, and well-being.
As someone who has competed multiple times,
I know how easy it can be to fall into that trap.
But that's not what competition is about.
It's about being the best version of yourself on stage,
and that means being healthy and happy both mentally and physically.
Prep will teach you a lot about yourself.
You will become an expert in your body.
You will master the inner workings of your mind.
You will learn what you are truly capable of.
Prep isn't for the faint-hearted.
But if you approach it the right way, it's all worth it.
