You need a much more structured training program that fits your training age to make sure the stimulus of your training matches the overload your now well-conditioned body needs to induce it to change.
Because where do your results actually come from as someone that’s been training for a long time?

It’s in your recovery.
In your rest.
Which can be between your sets.
But actually has more to do with how you spend your evenings (and your days).
Change occurs in the evening when you sleep and on your days off.
For someone who trains hard like you,
You need 8-10 hours of sleep each day to recover.
Otherwise -
Your performance declines.
Your movement patterns won’t improve.
Your body won’t respond.
And you might still get stronger…
But the progress will be tad slow.
